KhedmaTy processes monthly commission billing records and transfer receipts (e.g., CCP / BaridiMob transaction references) for accounting, and does not store sensitive banking passwords or credit card data on its servers.

- Chat messages are stored for up to 3 months, then may be deleted - Account data is retained as long as your account is active - We may retain certain data longer if required for legal or security purposes
