Welcome to KhedmaTy (خدمتي) ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the KhedmaTy mobile application or website (https://khedmaty.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

KhedmaTy is a marketplace platform that connects customers with independent service providers. - We do not provide services directly - We act only as an intermediary platform - All services are delivered solely by independent providers

To use KhedmaTy, you must: - Be at least 18 years old - Provide accurate and complete information - Maintain the security of your account You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4.1 Customers Customers can: - Browse providers - Request services - Communicate with providers - Leave reviews Customers are responsible for selecting providers, evaluating their profiles, and deciding to proceed with a service. Services are performed by independent providers, and KhedmaTy does not guarantee results. 4.2 Service Providers By registering as a provider, you agree that you are an independent service provider — not an employee, partner, or agent of KhedmaTy. Providers: - Offer services independently - Set their own availability and service terms - Are fully responsible for service quality, execution, safety, and legal compliance KhedmaTy has no responsibility for the services a provider delivers.

- Providers may sign up freely - Verification is conducted manually by KhedmaTy and is limited in scope - Verification does not guarantee quality, legality, reliability, or trustworthiness Users must use their own judgment when selecting providers. Providing false information or fraudulent documents may result in immediate suspension or a permanent ban.

6.1 Platform Pricing Model - The platform is 100% free for customers with zero booking or service fees. - Providers enjoy 0% commission during the initial launch phase until the platform reaches 10,000 registered professionals. - After reaching 10,000 active professionals, KhedmaTy applies a 10% service commission on completed bookings/services. 6.2 Invoicing & Settlement - Platform fees are billed on a monthly statement basis. - Providers settle invoices through supported transfer methods (e.g., BaridiMob, CCP, or bank transfer). - Failure to settle monthly commission statements may result in temporary account suspension.

7.1 Customer Cancellations - Before provider acceptance: cancellation is allowed freely, no penalties apply - After provider acceptance: cancellation may impact the provider; repeated cancellations may lead to account restrictions 7.2 Provider Cancellations Providers are expected to act professionally. Frequent cancellations may result in reduced visibility, temporary suspension, or permanent account removal. 7.3 Completed Services Once a service is marked as completed, it is considered final. KhedmaTy does not handle refunds for completed services — any issues must be resolved directly between the customer and the provider.

All bookings are agreements directly between the customer and the provider. KhedmaTy is not a party to these agreements and does not guarantee service quality, completion, or the accuracy of provider information.

All service fees agreed upon for jobs are paid directly between customer and provider in cash/direct transfer. KhedmaTy is not party to direct customer-provider transactions, and provider commission obligations to KhedmaTy remain separate. KhedmaTy does not handle financial disputes and is not responsible for payment disagreements, overcharges, fraud, or service dissatisfaction.

All users must: - Treat others with respect and communicate professionally - Provide accurate profile details and not impersonate others - Avoid harassment, threats, or abuse You may not: - Use the platform for illegal activities - Share fraudulent documents - Manipulate ratings or reviews - Attempt to scam or exploit other users - Use the app to bypass laws or regulations

- Users may communicate via in-app chat - Messages may be stored temporarily (up to 3 months) - Keep communication relevant to the service — do not send spam, offensive content, or illegal material

- Reviews must reflect real experiences and must not be fake, manipulated, or misleading - We reserve the right to remove inappropriate or abusive reviews and moderate content at our discretion

Users can report other users, inappropriate behavior, or service issues. We may take action based on reports, including removing content, suspending accounts, or permanently banning users who violate these Terms, engage in suspicious behavior, or harm other users or the platform.

KhedmaTy is a technology platform. We do not employ providers, perform services, or act as an agent or representative of any user. We make no guarantees regarding the quality of services, the accuracy of provider information, or service outcomes. All services are used entirely at the user's own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KhedmaTy shall not be liable for: - Any damages resulting from services provided by providers - Personal injury, property damage, or financial loss - Losses, disputes, or disagreements between users - Errors, interruptions, or app unavailability - Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages Your use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees regarding availability, reliability, accuracy, or performance.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or if your activity is harmful to the platform or other users. You may also delete your account at any time.

All content related to KhedmaTy (branding, design, code, etc.) is owned by KhedmaTy. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without permission.

KhedmaTy is initially available in Algeria but may expand globally. Users are responsible for complying with local laws in their country.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
