Terms of Service for KhedmaTy

Welcome to KhedmaTy (خدمتي), operated by A. Bachir ("we", "our", or "us").

By accessing or using the KhedmaTy mobile application or website (https://khedmaty.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

KhedmaTy is a marketplace platform that connects customers with independent service providers.

• We do not provide services directly
• We act only as an intermediary platform

All services are delivered solely by independent providers.

To use KhedmaTy, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Customers can:

• Browse providers
• Request services
• Communicate with providers
• Leave reviews

Providers:

• Offer services independently
• Set their own availability and service terms
• Are fully responsible for the services they provide

• Providers may sign up freely
• Verification is conducted manually by KhedmaTy
• Verification does not guarantee quality, legality, or reliability

Users must use their own judgment when selecting providers.

• KhedmaTy uses an offline payment system
• Providers must purchase credits via offline methods
• Credits are manually verified before being added

• KhedmaTy does not process or store financial payment data
• We are not responsible for any payment disputes between users

We may introduce in-app payments in the future. Updated terms will apply when implemented.

• All bookings are agreements directly between customer and provider
• KhedmaTy is not a party to these agreements

We do not guarantee:

• Service quality
• Completion of services
• Accuracy of provider information

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Provide false or misleading information
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Circumvent the platform’s systems

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.

• Users may communicate via in-app chat
• Messages may be stored temporarily (e.g., up to 3 months)

You agree not to send:

• Spam
• Offensive content
• Illegal material

• Users may leave reviews based on their experience
• Reviews must be honest and not misleading

We reserve the right to:

• Remove inappropriate or abusive reviews
• Moderate content at our discretion

• Users may cancel bookings according to app functionality
• Disputes are handled between users directly

KhedmaTy:

• Does not guarantee dispute resolution
• Is not responsible for outcomes of disputes

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

KhedmaTy and its owner (A. Bachir) shall not be liable for:

• Any damages resulting from services provided by providers
• Losses, injuries, or disputes between users
• Errors, interruptions, or app unavailability
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available".

We make no guarantees regarding:

• Availability
• Reliability
• Accuracy
• Performance

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your activity is harmful to the platform or users

You may also delete your account at any time.

All content related to KhedmaTy (branding, design, code, etc.) is owned by A. Bachir.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without permission.

KhedmaTy is initially available in Algeria but may expand globally.

Users are responsible for complying with local laws in their country.

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
